SVMi 20e is designed to meet the demands of the sophisticated voice mail user with-out sacrificiing simplicity. The SVMi 20e Auto-Attendant application works by automatically answering calls and playing one or more custom prompts to the caller.
Voice mail provides services in called extensions are unavailable. Upon dialing an extension number callers can be transferred to the phone or directly into voice mail to leave a message.
